symeon neos theologosSaint Symeon the New Theologian was born at the half of the 10th century in Galatia in Paflagonia and along with St. John the Evangelist and St. Gregory the Theologian constitute the three Theologians of the Church. In all the history of Christianity only these three Saints received the title of “Theologian”.
